Okay, nak bagitau..Fondant cake ni, tekstur luarannya agak keras. TAPI kalau fondant cake from Yatz Sweet Spatula, InsyaAllah tak keras. Biasanya fondant cake sesuai untuk Majlis perkahwinan, bila kita nak display cake sebelum dipotong. Kalau cream ni biasanya sememeh jugak.
